Do I need a doctor's referral to schedule? ▼
Contact us directly and we will guide you through the scheduling process and answer any questions about what is needed before your visit.
What does the evaluation include? ▼
A full room-by-room walkthrough with your licensed OT, observation of your daily routines and mobility, and a detailed written report with prioritized recommendations — including specific product suggestions, equipment resources, and vetted local contractor referrals for stairlifts, ramps, grab bars, and more.
Do you sell or install the equipment or modifications? ▼
No — and that's intentional. Our role is to provide independent, unbiased clinical recommendations. We refer you to vetted local contractors and equipment vendors, but have no financial relationship with them. You get honest guidance, not a sales pitch.
How long does a visit take? ▼
Most in-home evaluations take approximately 60–90 minutes. You'll receive your written report within a few business days. Family members and caregivers are welcome and encouraged to be present.
